JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Officer-in-charge in his letter addressed to Circle Officer stated that the petitioner was worked as Chaukidar at Manzhi Police Station from 1986-89 and also got remuneration for the same. The petitioner has challenged his discharge in the year 2008 after a lapse of 18 years.
The writ application is dismissed on the ground of latches and delay.
