It is stated in the show cause filed today on behalf of opposite party Nos. 4 and 5 that notices have been issued under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and since the Company has gone into voluntary winding up the Liquidator for the Company has been directed to appear before the authority with the entire books of accounts and details of payment towards salary and provident funds to present the case on 23.7.2014 by letter dated 15.7.2014.
