Mr Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, AC to GP XV ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the sixth line of the first paragraph at second page of the order, case number has been written as CWJC No 991 of 2014 due to inadvertence/typographical error as the proceedings referred to in the sixth line is in respect of CWJC No 991 of 2004.
In view of the said error being pointed out, this Court would direct that the order dated 14.02.2019 be modified and in place of CWJC No 991 of 2014, the same may be read as CWJC No 991 of 2004 in the sixth line of the first paragraph in page No 2 of the order dated 14.02.2019.
