The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioners for committing murder of the daughter of the informant and thereafter burnt the dead body of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42873 of 2016 (3) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 is father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is Bhaisur of the deceased, petitioner no.3 and petitioner no.4 are Devar of the deceased and petitioner no.5 is Gotni of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State and the counsel for the informant, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
