The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
