The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 10/2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 376, 379, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the specific allegations against this petitioner supported by some of the independent witnesses and recovery of clothes from the place of occurrence, in the opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 10/2017.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
