1. It appears that while the present writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 07.02.2012. At the same time, the petitioner has also preferred an appeal against the said order before the Appellate Authority however, the result thereof is unknown to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is also unable to inform this court about the result of the appeal.

2. Keeping in view above, it is directed that the appellate order be passed if it has not been passed. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.20369 of 2013(2) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 petitioner would be free to file fresh writ petition, if he is still aggrieved of the Appellate Authority.

3. The same be passed within a period of two months.
