JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353,504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that all the FIR named persons including this petitioner assaulted the police party and succeeded in getting released the man who was in custody of the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of local politics.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
