Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 19.04.2019, petitioner was granted bail but in the order, the words, "C.J.M., Patna" has wrongly been typed in place of "A.C.J.M.-V,Danapur" due to mistake committed in the petition.

In such view of the matter, permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition. Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 19.04.2019, let the words "C.J.M., Patna" be corrected to be read as "A.C.J.M. V, Danapur" pending in connection with Khagaul P.S.
