No. 11348 of 2010 was to notify the age of superannuation of the faculty members of the Constituent Colleges as 65 years. Learned counsel for the State submits that notification dated 9th of October, 2010 has been issued and that with effect from 30th of June, 2010 the faculty members of the Constituent Colleges shall be retired only on attaining the age of 65 years. In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for
