The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 353, 153(A), 255, 295(A) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the fardbeyan it appears that 59 persons have been named by the informant-Police Officer belonging to two different communities involved in disturbing the public peace and tranquility and also in creating communal disharmony. Out of 59 named accused 11 have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1900 of 2018 vide order dated 16.1.2018.

No. 1900 of 2018, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners of this case on the ground of parity. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Kumar Abinash J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
