Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order, before the respondent nos.3 and 4 within a period of two weeks and the respondent nos.3 and 4 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and shall consider the statement made in para-13 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.3, within eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
