From the pleadings on record, as per the stand of the respondents, all admitted dues of the petitioners have been paid. No rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to controvert such stand of the respondents. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that orally he has been instructed that the Treasury Officer, Siwan is not making payment to the petitioners.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12993 of 2008 dt.16-02-2016 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Siwan, who is impleaded as respondent no. 6, to ensure that all due payments of the petitioners are paid to them within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him.

Learned counsel for the State shall also ensure that the respondent no. 5 makes actual payment to the petitioners within the time aforesaid.
