1. No one appears on behalf of petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief/s:- "1. That this application is directed to command the respondents for accepting the joining of the petitioner on the post of panchayat teacher under block Belsand, District Sitamarhi as petitioner has been validly appointed on the post of panchayat teacher and joined in primary Middle school, chandauli under the Block of Belsand and work from 29/12/10 to 14/07/14 but due to illness of father who detected

Patna High Court CWJC No.18084 of 2015(3) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 cancer later on died on 22/02/15 which compelled the petitioner to absent unauthorized from place of posting and when the petitioner went school to join the same then the authority neither permitting him to join nor any direction given in this regard and poor petitioner roaming on road due to inaction of the authority who did not even ready to hear genuine reason of the petitioner for long absent and / or pass such other order or orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case."

3. No one appeared for the petitioner on 13.2.2024 also.
