JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 On 05.07.2017, the learned advocate on record for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner has taken no objection from him as such, he would not be appearing in the present case. In such view of the matter, the Court had issued notice to the petitioner for intimating him to engage the advocate on record for pursuing the matter and simultaneously, a report was called for from the concerned Court regarding the present status of the case.

As per the office note, the notice has been validly served and as far as the present status of the case is concerned, the in-charge Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Civil Court, Bhagalpur has intimated that the case has been kept for evidence.
