The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2017 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Anneuxres- 2 and 3, it appears that petitioner has not defalcated the government money. He deposited the alleged amount and sent an application to that effect before the informant stating all the relevant facts. It is also submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44038 of 2017 (2) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
