JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, when the matter has been taken up, a detailed counter-affidavit is being filed on behalf of the respondent no.11, which is taken on the record. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.11 submits that in view of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12945 of 2010 (5) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 averments made in the aforesaid counter-affidavit and in view of the subsequent developments, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 5 to 10, though has not filed any counter-affidavit, but he also submits that in view of the averments made in the counteraffidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.11, the matter has become infructuous.
Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
