This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dumra P.S. Case No.27 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

The recovery is of 16 bottles, each bottle containing 100 ml., of cough syrup and 40 tablets of AADPAM 10 from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2025. He claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24324 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi / concerned Court below, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.27 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the blood relatives of the petitioner.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Dumra Police Station, District- Sitamarhi on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
