JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that petitioner no.1 assaulted with garasa to the informant whereas others assaulted with lathi. It is also alleged that accused persons snatched gold chain and `3,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant received only two incise injuries simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner no.1 received grievous injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54459 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P.S.
