1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"I. For a direction upon the respondents to grant first and second time bound promotion to the petitioner in the pay scale of Rs 9300-34800 with pay grade 4200/- and Rs.9300 to 34800 with pay scale of Rs.4600/- II. Further for direction upon the respondents to make payment of differential salary to the petitioner with effect from 10.11.2008 and 01.09.2015 respectively.
III. Further for a direction upon the respondents to grant pay scale of matric trained teacher with effect from year 2003 in view of the fact that the similarly situated teachers who passed training examination
Patna High Court CWJC No.18561 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 in 2nd attempt in 2007 has been granted matric trained scale with effect from year 2330 whereas this petitioner has passed TET examination in 2008 in 1"-attempt."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
