Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: - "For issuance of appropriate writ/writs direction Motorcycle Pulsar bearing Registration No. BR03AA6294, Chassis No. MD2A11CYXKRM44908, Engine No. DHYRKM67927, seized by the Bihar Police in connection with Ara Nawada, Police Case No. 399/2019, Excise Case No. 1047/2019, dated 7.6.2019, registration under Section 30(A) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act."

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to file an appeal against the confiscation order before the appellate authority and if any appeal is filed within 60 days from today, the appellate authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal, as the matter remained pending before the Court and shall decide the appeal preferably within 60 days from the date of its filing. With aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
