2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024 dated 24.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(4), 317(5), 319(2), 318(4), 61(2), 303(2) and 111 of the B.N.S. and Sections 66B, 66D and 66C of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, some persons were cheating the people in the name of giving loan. A raid was conducted by police for verification of the said information. The police party
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26302 of 2025(3) dt.19-06-2025 2/3 apprehended five boys but some of them fled away from the place of occurrence. The apprehended persons disclosed their name as Hareram Kumar (petitioner), Ram Sakal Chouhan, Ram Janam Chouhan, Suresh Kumar, Bhola Chouhan. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and from the other persons, mobile, laptop and other things were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26302 of 2025(3) dt.19-06-2025 3/3 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024.
