2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 16.07.2016 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Araria in G.R. No. 1767 of 2012, arising out of Araria P.S. Case No. 302 of 2012 by which the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 239 Cr. P.C. was dismissed.
3. The learned Trial Court has sent a letter vide Letter No. 956/2026/Admin dated 28.04.2026 enclosing therewith Letter No. 88/2026 dated 25.04.2026 in which it is stated that Araria P.S. Case No. 302 of 2012 (G.R. No. 1767 of 2012) has already been disposed of and the accused persons have been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46065 of 2016(3) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 acquitted on 10.07.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present case is disposed of having become infructuous.
