JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard Mr. Mazharul Hussan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is husband of the complainant/Opp.Party no.2, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No.1655 of 2003 registered for the offence under Section 498(A), 394, 379, 314 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Keeping in view the fact that the complaint was filed in the year 2003 itself and the petitioner filed a petition for grant of anticipatory bail before the court below in the year 2016, it was rejected by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47634 of 2016 (3) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 28.09.2016. Moreover, in the complaint petition itself, there is specific accusation against the petitioner regarding allegation of second marriage.

The petition stands dismissed.
