The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019 in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.77 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made a victim of circumstance due to local village politics.
