The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the basis of concessional statement of co-accused Sarfraz. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P. for his identification.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P., although the case was registered against unknown, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23536 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018.
