The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in no way concerned with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner being the member of the society was only present as member of the mob of about 300-400 persons. No one has been injured in the alleged occurrence.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32743 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Nayan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
