Petitioner is in custody in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act (Amendment) 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case 10 liters of raw spirit was seized. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
