JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 13.08.2011 contained in Memo No. 689 dated 13.08.2011 passed in Case No. 198 of 2010 by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Jamui.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16301 of 2011 (4) dt.25-07-2017 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
