In view of the decision dated 04.02.2020 passed in CWJC No.1987 of 2020 in the case of Priti Priya & others Vs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8337 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 The State of Bihar & others and also decision dated 24.07.2020 passed in CWJC No.4975 of 2020 and analogous case (National Federation of the Blind Bihar Branch Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and considering the notification issued by the respondents in the present case, the writ application does not require adjudication of the issue as the substantive grievance of the petitioner has been taken care of by the respondents. In the event the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievances in the light of decision dated 04.02.2020 passed in CWJC No.1987 of 2020 in the case of Priti Priya & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others and also decision dated 24.07.2020 passed in CWJC No.

4975 of 2020 and analogous case (National Federation of the Blind Bihar Branch Vs. The State of Bihar & others) which shall be considered by the respondents and appropriate decision may be taken, if required, in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
