JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 01.02.2011 contained in Memo No. 95 dated 02.02.2011 passed in Objection Case No. 64 of 2010 by the Member, District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Darbhanga. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.8646 of 2011 (6) dt.25-07-2017 the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
