Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and it is Sanjesh Sharma who is the assailant of the injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26642 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023.
