From the counter affidavit filed and the statement made by the Union of India and various facts which have come to the notice of this Court while dealing with other identical writ petitions, it is seen that the repair work of the bridge has progressed and even various steps have been taken for repairing

Patna High Court CWJC No.22489 of 2014 dt.13-11-2017 2/2 and making the bridge functional.

Taking note of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
