JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) 38 and 56(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 65 years. He further submits that in the instant case total 78.75 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019. Considering the age of the petitioner and also the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
