The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B) and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present case is a counter blast to the earlier case filed by the daughter of the petitioner bearing Complaint Case No. 2049 of 2017 dated 23.12.2017. The petitioners and the informant are own Gotiyas and only to seek revenge, the present case has been lodged against the petitioners making same allegations as had been made by the petitioners' daughter in the aforementioned complaint case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16169 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 Considering the nature of allegation made and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
