That this application is for issuance of a writ / order / direction to the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment made over C.S. Plot No.

79 appertaining to C.S.Khata No. 97 of village Dibhia, P.S. No. 252, P.S.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14697 of 2006(5) dt.16-02-2023 2/3 Kargahar, District Rohtas and for implementation of the order dated 10.2.93 passed in Encroachment Case No. 20 of 92-93 and order dated 3.12.05 passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 12 of 05-06."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas for redressal of the grievances in question. It is submitted that the petitioner / legal heirs of the petitioner shall approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas within a period of four weeks from today, hence, appropriate direction be issued to the District Magistrate, Rohtas for passing appropriate orders.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner / his legal heirs to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a
