The petitioner has questioned the order dated 26.7.2013 passed by the Sub Judge, II, Barh, Patna- cum- Election Tribunal in Election Petition No. 2 of 2011 whereby the petition filed by the petitioner for restraining the election petitioner from raising issues of caste, has been rejected. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence it is not known as to the status of the election petition nonetheless, considering that the fresh Panchayat Elections have been announced hence the issue raised in the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
