2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 376D/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the victim.

4. The victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has supported the allegations.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
