The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 150 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the First Information Report was lodged after four days of the occurrence in which there is general and omnibus allegation made against 24 named accused including the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from
