The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "this writ petition is being filed for a direction to the respondents particularly the respondents Chairman, as also Director, Bihar Hindi Granth Academy7, Patna to pay the salary due to the petitioner from the month of November 2022 to till the date, at an early date."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interregnum period, the outstanding salary due to be paid to the petitioner has already stood paid, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
