Counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous, due to the reason that by the writ petition, the petitioner has demanded the relief to set aside the order passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms as well as seeking direction to dispose of the Appeal No. 151 of 2015 pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa.

3. The counter-affidavit has been filed in this case in which it has been categorically stated that the pending appeal has been disposed of vide order dated 15.07.2015 and the order is annexed as Annexure-5 of this writ petition.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of as grievances of the petitioner has already been settled.
