The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.16 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the observations made by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order that the injuries caused by the petitioner to Abdul Mannan was found to be simple by the doctor, who examined him, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
