3. Petitioners' counsel is hereby directed to furnish hard copy of the petition to the State counsel.

4. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to pay risk allowance (special allowance) to petitioner's as given to other police officer's and other police staff of ATS (Anti Terrorist Squad) vide Memo no.

1/M02-10-01/2009 Grih Aah 5723/Patna Dated 30.07.2013 working as well as on deputation in ATS (Anti Terrorist Squad) from the date of their initial appointment till date.

(ii) For grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner's are found entitled to."

5. Grievance of the petitioners is pending consideration before the 4th respondent. Therefore, Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioners as to whether petitioners are entitled to risk allowance (special allowance) with reference to the policy decision of the State Government. Such policy decision shall be taken note of in passing speaking order and communicate the same to each of the petitioner within a period of four months
