JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 304(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is of torture and demand of dowry and on account of which the informant's daughter has been killed. Furthermore, the allegation is that the accused persons disposed of the dead body after killing the informant's daughter in order to conceal the evidence.
Counsel for the petitioner refused the allegation and submits that in fact the girl was regularly taken for treatment. He further submits that the other family members of the petitioner have been granted anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52466 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2 / 2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
