Mr.Nagendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been granted police bail under Section 41(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25445 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R. 491. In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioners may surrender before the Court below within two months from today. In case the petitioners surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (supra).

This application stands disposed of with above observations/directions.
