The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for regularization of his service. It is submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the service of the petitioner has already been regularized vide resolution dated 17.10.2013. It has further been submitted that the pay and promotion of the petitioner have also not been considered, for which, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition.
