2. The petitioner seeks bail registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioner is brother of the husband of the deceased and he has no concern with alleged occurrence. Allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29525 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 custody since 29.02.2024. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No.16499 of 2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No.286 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari.
