JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2017 The present writ application has been filed seeking direction/commanding the respondent, B.R.A.

Bihar University to publish the petitioner's result of L.L.B. Part-II Examination and supply the result and mark-sheets to the petitioner. It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to allow the petitioner to appear in L.L.B. Part-III Examination, which was scheduled to be commenced from first June, 2011.

It appears that under the orders of this Court, dated 20.05.2011, passed in this case the University was directed to allow the petitioner to appear in L.L.B.

Part-III

Examination.

Learned counsel for the University has produced before me the petitioner's result of L.L.B.

Part-II Examination, which shows that she had passed. Thus, so far as the first grievance of the petitioner is concerned, the same stands redressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner has been declared passed in L.L.B. Part II Examination and she had appeared in L.L.B. Part III Examination under the orders of this Court, the University may be directed to declare the petitioner's result of L.L.B. Part III Examination.

In view of the facts, over which there is no so much of dispute, this application is disposed of with a direction to the University to publish the petitioner's result of L.L.B. Part III Examination, if she appeared for the said examination pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.05.2011, within a period of three months from today.

This application stands disposed of.
