JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to carry out the merit list prepared for appointment to the post of Primary Block Teachers 2008 (2nd Phase) and make appointment of the petitioenr to the post of Urdu Teacher, inasmuch as the second phase of teachers appointment 2008 in every Block of Katihar District appointment has already been made but in the Dandkhora Block till date it has been kept pending and the petitioner and other eligible candidates are running from pillar to the post for their appointment.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application

Patna High Court CWJC No.11723 of 2014(2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
