This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Daudpur Police Station Case No.354 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 140 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from plastic bags. The petitioner is said to be engaged in illegal trade of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District &
